COMFORT includes everything in BASIC plus a fully finished bathroom, a made-to-measure kitchen unit (without appliances), air conditioning with heating and cooling, and exterior lighting. PREMIUM is the “turnkey” version — everything in COMFORT plus full kitchen appliances, a washer-dryer, a furnished living room with a TV, and beds and wardrobes in the bedrooms. The home arrives ready to live in or rent out.

No. Our houses are mobile homes, so in standard cases they do not require a building permit.
No foundations or special preparation of the plot are needed on your side. We take care of preparing a suitable base so that the house stands stably and safely.
Yes, these are year-round houses. As standard they have strong thermal insulation: 200 mm of mineral wool in the roof, floor and walls, a full vapour and wind barrier, energy-efficient triple-glazed PVC windows, and underfloor heating throughout. The COMFORT and PREMIUM packages also include air conditioning with a heating function.
Yes, the company arranges transport and assembly of the house. Both are included in the price.

The structure is based on a sturdy metal-wood frame. Thermal insulation is 200 mm of mineral wool in the roof, floor and walls. You can choose the façade (PVC panels, wood-effect board, timber cladding or standing-seam metal) and the roof covering (standing-seam metal or metal roof tiles) with complete guttering. As standard: energy-efficient triple-glazed windows, insulated doors, underfloor heating, full electrical wiring and routed water and sewage installation. The underside of the house is protected with a mesh against rodents.
